- Delivery time
After the order is confirmed, we usually complete the packaging and shipment within 5~10 working days.
In case of statutory holidays or peak promotional periods, the delivery time may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you in time by email or SMS.
- Shipping time
Standard transportation: 15-30 working days (the actual delivery time of the logistics company shall prevail for details)
Remote areas/countries (such as the United States, Iceland, the Russian Far East, etc.) may add an additional 2-5 working days
Note: The shipping time is calculated from after the package is shipped, not the order payment time.
- Freight description
The price listed on the page is the selling price of the product, excluding freight, and the international freight is uniformly charged according to the following standards:
A: The product contains packaging weight/volumetric weight 0~2KG (including 2KG), 20 yuan will be charged.
B: The product contains packaging weight/volumetric weight 2~5KG (including 5KG, not including 2KG), 200 yuan will be charged.
C: The product contains packaging weight/volumetric weight 5~10KG (including 10KG, excluding 5KG), 300 yuan will be charged.
D: The package weight/volume weight of the product is 10~15KG (including 15KG, excluding 10KG) and 400 yuan will be charged.
E: The product contains packaging weight/volumetric weight 15~20KG (including 20KG, excluding 15KG), 500 yuan will be charged.
F:The product contains packaging weight/volume weight20 ~30KG (including 30KG, excluding 20KG) will be charged RMB650.
G:The product contains packaging weight/volume weight30 ~35KG (including 35KG, excluding 30KG) 750 yuan will be charged
The freight receivable for each order corresponding to the above rules will be displayed on the order checkout page. - Logistics inquiry
After the package is sent out, we will provide the logistics order number by email or SMS

- If it cannot be delivered
A. If the package cannot be delivered due to the following reasons, we will return it the same way and charge the actual round-trip freight (usually the freight paid will not be refunded, and the rest of the payment will be refunded the same way):
The shipping address you provided is incomplete or incorrect
The recipient’s phone cannot be connected or rejected
Not picked up at the pick-up point for more than 15 days
B. The payment is unsuccessful. Occasionally, cross-border trade may cause the payment of the order to be unsuccessful due to the update of the payment system or other reasons. The payment will be intercepted by the bank and returned to your bank card account the same way. The order is deemed to have been successfully created and will not be shipped.
- Damage in transit
Please be sure to check out of the box before signing for it.If you find that the outer packaging is damaged or the product is damaged, please take a picture as soon as possible and contact customer service. If you don’t need the product, please refuse to accept it directly. If you need it and it is only slightly damaged, we can quickly reissue the damaged spare parts to ensure that you can use it normally.
Because the transportation of the product is damaged, the payment for the product and the freight are refused and returned to your account the same way.
If it is found to be damaged after signing for it, please contact our customer service within 48 hours and provide the order number, damaged photos and videos.After verification, we will arrange a return, replacement of damaged parts or compensation for you.
- Tax description
Orders in mainland China: Value-added tax is included, no additional payment is required.
Tax description - However, you may need to pay commodity import duties. This is paid to the customs of your own country. Generally, countries will have a certain amount of duty-free imported goods for their citizens every year. If you exceed the amount, you will need to pay customs duties. Please consult your local customs for details.
