Thank you for choosing VersaTerk folding electric bicycle.In order to protect your rights and interests, please read the following policy carefully.

TReturn and exchange policy (within 30 days)
Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if the following conditions are met, you can apply for a return or exchange:
-The goods must be unused, kept in their original state and packaging
-Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required
-If there is a gift, it must be returned as it is together with the gift.The gift is missing or has been used, which will affect the refund amount or refuse the refund
The following products are not applicable to returns and exchanges:
-Consumables accessories such as batteries, chargers, etc. that have been unpacked for use
-Problems caused by man-made damage, unauthorized modification, and accidents
-Gifts, gift cards, coupons to redeem goods

-The page is clearly marked “This product is a bare car without a battery“. After you receive it, you request a return on the grounds of ”no battery”→ ❌Not accepted
-The page is clearly marked “The range is 20-30 kilometers (depending on the road conditions)“. After you receive it, you request a return on the grounds of ”riding less than 30 kilometers”→ ❌Not accepted
-The page is clearly marked “The weight of the whole vehicle is 28kg“, after you receive it, you request a return on the grounds of ”too heavy”→ ❌Not accepted
Please be sure to confirm that you have read and understood all product information before placing the order.Problems caused by your own negligence shall be borne by you.

  1. After-sales guarantee (1 year warranty period)

VersaTerk provides you with 1 year quality assurance (calculated from the date of receipt).The coverage does not include normal wear and tear, man-made damage and natural battery attenuation.

During the 1-year warranty period, except for the battery, if your vehicle has the following conditions, we will reissue parts for you free of charge (up to 3 times):
-Minor scratches and bumps caused during transportation (does not affect normal use)
-Defects in small parts with non-core functions (such as reflectors, screws, foot supports, etc.)

️️ You need to bear the international shipping cost of reissued parts.The parts themselves are free.
Take the initiative to replace parts during the warranty period

If your vehicle parts (except batteries) fail under normal use, please contact us and we will:
-Provide you with replacement parts for free
-You need to bear the international freight of the parts (up to 3 free parts per order during the warranty period)
🔋 Battery description
The battery is a consumable product, and its performance naturally decays with the time and frequency of use, and it is not covered by the free warranty.If you need to replace the battery, you can contact us to purchase the original battery.

  1. Service after the warranty period
    After the 1-year warranty expires, you can still contact us to purchase the parts that need to be replaced at the following cost:
    -Parts fee: charged according to the official price
    -Freight: you will bear the cost

We will continue to provide you with technical support and parts supply.

  1. Description of the return process and cost

If you meet the return and exchange conditions, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact customer service email:582943115@qq.com , Provide the order number and reason for the return
  2. After the customer service review is passed, you will receive the return address
  3. Please send all the gifts of the goods back together and keep the logistics vouchers
    ️️Important: about “cancel order” and ”Reject”
    -After the package is sent out, unconditional cancellation of the order will not be accepted.
    -If the package has been delivered to the destination and you refuse to accept it or request a return for no reason, the freight (including but not limited to international freight, customs duties, etc.) incurred will not be refunded.
    -When returning, you must bear the return shipping cost.The original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
    📌 Gift return instructions

-If the gift is missing, used or damaged, we have the right to deduct the market value of the corresponding gift before processing the refund.
-If the gift is a non-separable product (such as a combination set, such as an electric vehicle with a battery, the battery is a non-separable gift), it may affect the overall eligibility for return.

  1. Refund processing

-After receiving the returned goods and gifts and verifying that they are correct, we will process the refund within 7 working days
-The refund will be returned to your payment account the same way
-Refunds are not accepted for specials and clearance items
